STAGE 01BATCHING & MIXING
It begins as dust.
Fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum and a pinch of aluminium powder are weighed to the kilogram, then blended with water into a smooth grey slurry. Get the recipe right here, and everything downstream follows.

STAGE 02CASTING
Poured, not pressed.
The slurry flows into steel moulds — filled only halfway, on purpose. What happens next fills the rest.

STAGE 03RISING
The block takes a breath.
Aluminium reacts with lime and releases millions of tiny hydrogen bubbles. The cake rises like bread and sets full of micro air cells — that's where AAC gets its magic.

STAGE 04WIRE CUTTING
Cut sharp. To the millimetre.
Tensioned steel wires slice the risen cake into perfectly dimensioned blocks — a 600 × 200 mm face in seven thicknesses.

STAGE 05STEAM CURING
Twelve hours under pressure.
Inside the autoclave, high-pressure steam at around 190 °C transforms the soft cake into tobermorite crystal — the mineral backbone that gives AAC its strength.

Sharp V Bond AAC Blocks
Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks — light on the structure, kind on the budget, and gentle on the planet. The blocks you just followed through the plant, ready for your site.
Every block leaves the wire-cutter at 600 × 200 mm — you choose the thickness for the wall. One block lays as much wall as roughly eight clay bricks.

A young plant with old-school standards.
We’re a growing manufacturer of AAC blocks and construction chemicals from Itkal, in Tuljapur taluka of Dharashiv district. Our blocks and bonds go into homes being built by families, apartment projects, commercial spaces and industrial sheds across Maharashtra.
